Introducing our new Chloe Ruffle Bow Blouse, elegantly crafted featuring a feminine silhouette that seamlessly combines cascading ruffles, bouffant sleeves, shaped side panels and a matching neck scarf for sophisticated design elements. This Blouse/Jacket is designed with a whimsical spirit and elegant design.

The architectural construction includes Antique-inspired buttons in matte gold and pearl embellish the design, complemented by a built-in mandarin-style elastic button loop that runs the length of the button placket. The top features a partial stand collar and long, voluminous bishop sleeves with elastic cuffs.
